Volunteers Needed to Support Older Adults, Adults with Disabilities, and Family Caregivers
Volunteer Solutions offers meaningful opportunities to help support older adults, adults with disabilities, and family caregivers. The following volunteers are needed:
Would you like to help a neighbor feel less lonely? Will you help someone get much-needed groceries? Flexible schedules.
Form new connections and help decrease social isolation. Many recipients of volunteer support are case managed by Department of Family Services social service specialists. GrandInvolve
Are you over 50? GrandInvolve needs Classroom Assistants to help local Title I elementary school students with reading, math, language support, kindergarten readiness, and more. This program supports the education of a vulnerable population and builds intergenerational relationships between our young and older community members. Learn more.
