Fairfax County Health and Human Services recognized Adult Day Health Care for its notable program accomplishments during the 2018 fiscal year.

The Health and Human Services System is a network of county agencies and community partners that support the well-being of all who live, work, and play in Fairfax County. The Health Department is one of its agencies, and Adult Day Health Care is a program of the Health Department.

Through measuring and managing outcomes, Health and Human Services is striving to ensure clients are better off from receiving services, enhance transparency, and increase accountability to the public and our partners.
