April 23rd was Culmore Community Day, a yearly celebration of the cultural diversity in Fairfax. This event, sponsored by the Fairfax County Park Authority, is filled with live music and performances, and is a celebration of cultures Culmore Community Day helps residents address needs, connects to local resources, and provides public health safety information. This year, Culmore Day also featured a mini medical clinic and eye exams for attendees. 

Connecting residents to the resources they need is key in improving the overall health of the community. Culmore Community Day brings these resources to the people, ensuring those who come to the event leave with fun memories and access to the things they need.
