Volunteer Solutions - Fairfax Area Agency on Aging
April is Volunteer Appreciation Month
Volunteer Appreciation Month is a time to say thank you to all the volunteers in our community and recognize their hard work.
Every day, volunteers help meet the various and wide-ranging needs of people living in Fairfax County. Learn how Volunteer Solutions, in partnership with Neighborhood and Community Services, connects volunteers with meaningful opportunities to improve the lives of older adults, adults with disabilities, and family caregivers in the April issue of the Golden Gazette.
Volunteerism is at the heart of many impactful causes, offering enrichment and fulfillment to those who serve. One such volunteer is George Bishop, an accomplished artist and long-time contributor to Volunteer Solutions. Learn more about George's dedication to volunteering.
