DESCRIPTION: 
The Fairfax County Park Authority (FCPA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from civil engineering and landscape architecture firms to provide professional services for site design, feasibility studies, special design studies, park master planning, park system planning, public engagement, 2232 review process, park-related services, peer reviews, value engineering, construction documentation, permitting, and design and construction administration of various capital facility projects of park land development and infrastructure projects under a basic ordering agreement (BOA). These land development and infrastructure projects include, but are not limited to, the following: parks, trails, landscaping, roadways and parking lots, bridges, historic structures, natural and synthetic turf fields, athletic field lighting, golf courses, sports/recreational facilities, irrigation, stormwater facilities, retaining walls, and utility installations including water and sanitation distribution systems.

Fairfax County Park Authority intends to award up to five BOA contracts—up to three to civil engineering firms and up to two to landscape architecture firms. All services will be implemented on a task order basis (as needed); no specific projects are identified at this time. The contracts will be for a one-year period, with the Park Authority’s option to renew them for three (3) additional one-year periods.

DESCRIPTION: 
Fairfax County Park Authority (FCPA) is soliciting qualifications from architectural/engineering (A/E) firms to provide professional services for full service design from concept through construction documentation, feasibility studies, special design studies, value engineering, peer reviews, real estate advisory services, design, and construction administration of various capital facility projects of common park building and facility types under a basic ordering agreement (BOA). These building types include, but are not limited to, the following: recreation centers, administrative offices, maintenance facilities, golf clubhouses, restroom facilities, nature and horticultural centers, historic structures and other community and sports/recreational facilities.

FCPA intends to award contracts to up to three qualified architectural/engineering firms under an annual, renewable contract. All services will be implemented on a task order basis (as needed); no specific projects are identified at this time.
