Project: Rock Hill District Park Multi-Use Fields

Due date/time and location: Sealed hardcopy submission of pre-qualification Applications are to be received on or before 4:30 PM on September 10, 2026. Hardcopy application packages are to be delivered in a single sealed and legibly marked package, addressed to the Director, Park Development Division, 12055 Government Center Parkway, Suite 421, Fairfax, Virginia. Electronic submissions of pre-qualification Applications are to be transmitted by 4:30 PM on September 10, 2026, to the following email address: Mohammad.Mahboob2@fairfaxcounty.gov . Late applications will not be accepted.

Bid Documents: Bidding Documents are available electrically in the “pdf” format via ShareFile at no charge by emailing the Project Manager, Mohammad Mahboob at mohammad.mahboob2@fairfaxcounty.gov  commencing Monday, August 31, 2026.
