The mission of Volunteer & Partner Services (VPS) Program is supporting families with children who are at risk of abuse and neglect or who have been placed in foster care or with relatives.
We rely on individuals, businesses, faith-based organizations and community groups to contribute time, talents, donations and funds to help us accomplish this work.

Financial Contributions
Financial contributions help families cover ongoing costs such as food, clothing, household goods, gas, and child care. They also make it possible for a child to participate in age-appropriate developmental activities.
VPS coordinates the distribution of a variety of new and unused needed items to families and children involved with Department of Family Services’ programs. This enables parents to apply their funds to other household needs. We also accept donations of talents and services that can support families.
Many businesses, faith-based organizations, and community groups are looking for opportunities to serve the greater Fairfax Community while actively team building. While VPS does not provide formal community service hours, we do offer a variety of ways that your group can support families and children.
