For LDS customers who began their project before October 21, associated documents and plans from your project may still be migrating into PLUS after October 31.
If you do NOT see the Plan Room tab after clicking on your record number, contact plussupport@fairfaxcounty.gov to research the issue.
Step-by-step Instructions to Verify:
- Login to PLUS.

- Locate your record by selecting> Home > My Records and click on the Record Number.

- If you see the Plan Room tab, UPLOAD YOUR PROJECT PLANS. If you do NOT see the Plan Room tab, you will need to complete this form. LDS staff will review your project and provide you with further instructions.
