I invite you to join us for a Mount Vernon District (MVD) annual tradition – the 36th Annual Town Meeting – on Saturday morning, February 11, 2023, at Mount Vernon High School and streaming on Channel 16 and Facebook. We look forward to engaging with hundreds of you, our highly informed, passionate residents and business owners for this community tradition. You will hear County and District updates, participate in Q & A’s with your local leaders, and learn about available County and community services. The highlight of the morning will be a “virtual tour” of the Mount Vernon District from Huntington to Lorton! Come find out why we’re "THE ONE!"

This year we launched the MVD Neighborhood College for residents to learn about County government, doubled our affordable housing commitment county-wide, attended hundreds of events and community meetings and announced “The One” Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) brand. In 2023, TEAM MVD and I are committed to engaging even more with each and every one of you.
