Meeting space is available for the use of non-profit organizations and individual citizens of Fairfax County for civic, cultural, educational, religious, recreational, and similar activities of a non-profit nature and for intergovernmental purposes. Any such use may not interfere with county government functions or conflict with official activities of the Board of Supervisors, Board-appointed commissions, the Board of Zoning Appeals or county agencies. If your group is in need of a meeting room, please call our office at 703-780-7518 or TTY 711 (Virginia Relay) to make a reservation.

Please FAX or mail your completed Community Room Application to the FAX number or mailing address included on the application. You may expect to receive confirmation within two weeks of our receipt of the application.
A completed and approved application is required to reserve a room.
The community rooms may be used for Civil Ceremonies. A Marriage License must be obtained from the Fairfax County Circuit Court, a Marriage Celebrant must be hired, and a community room must be reserved. For more information, click here.
