The customer will take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized parties from accessing or using Fairfax County’s wastewater GIS data and records that would constitute a breach of this agreement. Distribution in any format (including paper copies) of the data provided by the County shall be limited to parties expressly authorized by Fairfax County’s Wastewater Management staff. Pursuant to Section 54.1-402 of the Code of Virginia, any determination of topography or contours, or any depiction of physical improvements, property lines or boundaries is for general information only and shall not be used for the design, modification, or construction of improvements to real property or for flood plain determination.
