Fairfax County community members, parents and caregivers with children ages 0-18 years olds are invited to this free weekly workshop series to help strengthen parent-child relationships, foster a supportive parenting network, enhance parental resilience, and promote healthy child development and overall well-being!

Building a Supportive Parenting Network

This is a great opportunity to receive support with universal parenting challenges. You’ll connect with a network of parents to find solutions, share resources, and build community. Register online.

Join us for this free presentation by Greater Richmond SCAN to learn about the benefits of play on children's behavior and overall wellbeing, and how to incorporate it in your daily interactions with your children. Register online.

Curious about the connection between mental, physical, and social well-being in children? Our discussion will dig into this topic and uncover the benefits of activities that promote family bonding and community involvement. Register online.

Healthy Relationships: Parenting with Empathy
We’ll answer the questions, “What is empathy” and “What is its role in parenting?”  Then we’ll explore techniques for effective communication with children. Parents and guardians can collaborate on ways to model healthy relationships.
