DSVS’ Annual Holiday Gift Card Drive
To support families impacted by interpersonal violence throughout the holidays, Domestic and Sexual Violence Services Advocacy Services seeks gift card donations (in $25 dollar increments) for big-box and grocery stores. Gift cards can be dropped off or mailed to the Domestic Violence Action Center (4000 Chain Bridge Road, Suite 2702, Fairfax, VA 22030). To ensure families have enough time to do their holiday shopping, gift cards will be collected until Friday, Dec. 5, 2025. Learn more about donation needs or call 703-246-4573.

Make a Difference—Adopt-A-Family
Thanks to your incredible generosity, last year we spread holiday cheer to 2,190 children and 1,009 families — a record-breaking milestone. We’re incredibly excited to match even more donors like you with families who need a little extra support. You can help provide donations of essentials like clothing, food, and toys for local families up until Friday, Dec. 12, 2025. This year, we are working with a partner, Roonga, an innovative online platform, to simplify connecting donors with children and families in need. Families are being added throughout the season, so check back often for updates. Together, we can create countless moments of happiness that will light up our entire community. Contact us if you have questions via email or call 703-324-7720.
