A Household Appliance permit is required for the replacement and first-time installation of appliances, including fuel-fired appliances, within a residence that requires one final inspection only.
A residential Retaining Wall permit is required for construction of residential retaining walls retaining more than three feet of earth but less than four feet of earth, non-tiered, non-stacked and non-segmental with level backfill and no surcharge loading.
A Residential Demolition permit is required for the complete demolition of a residential structure, partial demolition of a residential structure, or demolition of a residential pool.
A residential electrical permit is required for new residential service, new electrical equipment and/or fixtures, replacement of electrical equipment or fixtures, and electrical vehicle charging station circuits and outlets.
