An easement plat is required to delineate one or more easements on a parcel including sanitary sewer, water distribution, storm drainage, conservation easements, access easements, sight distance, etc. The plat must be accompanied by a Deed of Easement.
A record plat is a plan drawing prepared by a licensed land surveyor or civil engineer that depicts an approved subdivision or assemblage of land and associated easements or restrictions.
