Land Development Services is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., and Friday, 9:15 a.m. - 4 p.m. After 3:45 p.m., walk-in service may be limited. Customers may be added to the queue until 4 p.m., if staff are available and wait times allow.
An easement plat is required to delineate one or more easements on a parcel including sanitary sewer, water distribution, storm drainage, conservation easements, access easements, sight distance, etc. The plat must be accompanied by a Deed of Easement.
A record plat is a plan drawing prepared by a licensed land surveyor or civil engineer that depicts an approved subdivision or assemblage of land and associated easements or restrictions.
