Join the Fairfax County Park Authority and the Reston Runners for the Summer Sprint in the Park! This is a FREE family-friendly event featuring a 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run on Saturday, June 29 at Lake Fairfax Park. The 5K race kicks off at 9 a.m., followed by the 1-Mile Fun Run at 9:15 a.m.

Participants will experience the beauty of Lake Fairfax Park as they traverse a variety of terrains, including grass, trails and open roads. Water, Gatorade and snacks will be available. Prizes will be awarded for the top 3 male and female finishers. The course maps for the 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run are available on Plot a Route.
