Virginia Freedom of Information Act

The Fairfax County Park Authority complies fully with Virginia's Freedom of Information Act (VFOIA). Citizens are welcome to request documents directly from the agency or a specific division. However, on occasion citizens may feel compelled to utilize the protections found under the law. In either case, the Park Authority will gladly provide any documentation which is releasable under the statute in the timeframes permitted under the law.

Public Comment

The Park Authority Board Wants to Hear From You!

Residents are invited to speak at the start of regular Park Authority Board meetings. The Board will hear testimony from residents on any park topic except issues related to litigation or personnel matters.
