Thank you for joining us for the 34th Mount Vernon Town Meeting to listen to and question your local leaders!
When: Saturday, February 6, 2021
Where: Live Virtually on Channel 16, the County's Livestream and Facebook
Time: 9 a.m. – noon
Program: Speakers, Audience Q&A’s and Virtual Tour
"At the meeting" you had a chance to meet your Supervisor and County, state and federal leaders. Have your questions answered, learn about issues important to you and connect with County agencies and community service providers (see virtual Exhibit Hall info below). The highlight of the morning was taking a “virtual flying tour” of all that is happening in the District with your “pilot” Supervisor Storck.
Speakers: Board of Supervisors Chairman Jeff McKay, County Executive Bryan Hill, Mount Vernon District School Board Member Karen Corbett Sanders, Health Department Director Dr. Gloria Addo-Ayensu, Fort Belvoir Garrison Commander Col. Joshua SeGraves and Special Guests Congressmen Gerry Connolly and Don Beyer.
Engage in Our Community in 2021!

Watch:
Unfortunately this year, due to COVID-19 restrictions, we were unable to host our very popular vendor Exhibit Hall where residents are able to connect with County and community service providers. We are, however, providing our ever popular “Goodie Bags” that will be filled with much of the information typically found in the Exhibit Hall, and even a few giveaways! Bags can be picked up outside our office by the front door starting Monday, February 8. We are located in the Mount Vernon Governmental Center at 2511 Parkers Lane.
In addition, all the information included in the bags is posted here.
