38th Annual Town Meeting

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 38th Mount Vernon District Town Meeting to learn what we have in "common"! 

When: Saturday, February 8, 2025

Where: Mount Vernon High School & Live Virtually on Channel 16, the County's Livestream and Facebook

Times: 8:30 - 10:00 a.m. - Exhibit Hall Open

            10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - Speakers, Audience Q&A’s and Virtual Tour

At the meeting attendees had the opportunity to meet their Supervisor and many County, state and federal leaders. Attendees had their questions answered, learned about important issues and connected with County agencies and service providers at our very popular Exhibit Hall. The highlights of the meeting will included the "virtual tour" of the District, with your guide Supervisor Dan Storck, and as a special feature, we revealed of the new name, logo and identity for the OMVHS redevelopment project, The Commons!

The Town Meeting will stream live on Channel 16 and Facebook. You can ask questions during the Q & A sessions by emailing us or commenting on Facebook. Have plans for Saturday and want to watch it later? The video will remain on Facebook and Youtube for viewing at your convenience and replay on Channel 16. The broadcast will have Spanish closed captioning available.
