Project Information

I, as the owner or agent of the property, agree to observe and comply with all ordinances, rules and regulations adopted by the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors concerning connections to and use of Fairfax County sewerage facilities. I further agree to pay all charges for services rendered to the premises described herein whether such service is rendered until such time as proper notice to discontinue service is received by the Department of Public Works and Environmental Services. In the case of new construction, it is agreed that no occupancy will occur until a final plumbing connection permit is approved.
