Fairfax County Neighborhood and Community Services (NCS) will host the annual "Truth in Voice, Truth in Service" event for students in grades 7-12 on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026.
The free event, held in honor of National Day of Racial Healing on Jan. 20, 2026, promotes unity through youth engagement and community service activities.
The event will feature:
- Day of Service Community Projects
- Youth Dialogues
- Snacks
- Door Prizes
- Live Music
- Resource Tables
The event is from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Jim Scott Community Center, 3001 Vaden Dr., Fairfax. Registration is required.
Contact your local Fairfax County Teen Center or Community Center to register and request transportation.
The event is held in partnership with the Minority Tech Foundation, Anthem HealthKeepers and the Fairfax County Department of Emergency Management and Security.
