On Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023, the registration system for School Age Child Care experienced a system failure following the opening of SACC summer program registration (Camp Fairfax). Staff responded by immediately pausing all summer registrations. Staff continues to work diligently to resolve issues and ensure the system can adequately respond to demand. We expect this process to be completed by February 22, 2023. Camp Fairfax registration will resume on February 23, 2023 using a staggered registration process. Enrollment will be available alphabetically by the Camp Fairfax elementary school and/or community center name.  Families wishing to request services at multiple sites will need to request services during the applicable enrollment dates for each desired location. Families’ enrollment and wait list status from last summer are unaffected by this system failure. Families can check current enrollment status by logging into their SACC account or contacting SACC registration at 703-449-8989.  

Camp Fairfax Registration Dates:

• Beginning Thursday, February 23:
  Enrollment for sites beginning with letters A - J (Aldrin ES – James Lee CC)
• Beginning Friday, February 24:
  Enrollment for sites beginning with letters K - P (Kent Gardens ES – Providence CC)
• ​​​Beginning Monday, February 27:
  Enrollment for sites beginning with letters S - W (Springfield Estates ES – Wolftrap ES)

Account Access:

• Phone registration is available at 703-449-8989. Phone lines will open at 8 a.m.
• Online Registration is available through SACC Registration Online. If requesting services through this account, please do not log in to the system prior to 8 a.m. If you are in the system prior to that time, you will need to refresh your browser.
• If you have not logged into your account recently, please login at least 24 hours prior to your enrollment date to ensure you remember your password and can access your online account. If you are locked out of your account or need assistance to reset your password, please do not create an additional account. Please call SACC Registration at 703-449-8989.
• If you do not currently have an account and wish to create one, please note it may take up to 5 days for your account to become active.
