Coordinated Services Planning Data and Trends

 

 

Fairfax County has been divided into four Human Services Regions in order to provide an integrated community-based services delivery system to respond to and anticipate the unique needs of individuals and families within a specific geographical area. Coordinated Services Planning (CSP) actively tracks the types of calls received each day and the general area from which they originate. Collectively, this data provides one measure of the existing needs throughout the county and can be beneficial in developing plans and solutions to address specific areas of need.

Countywide CSP Trends

As a “front door” to Health and Human Services System, CSP is well-positioned to capture trend information about the foundational needs of vulnerable households and the system’s overall capacity to meet those needs. As economic conditions change and resource availability varies, trend data will continue to be important in indicating where and why there are still unmet needs.
