Thank you for your interest in serving as a member of the Selection Advisory Committee (SAC) for Fairfax County Consolidated Community Funding Pool (CCFP) FY2027-2028 award process. Please read the following instructions before completing the application.

SAC Eligibility Requirements

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until SAC is filled. Proposal reviews are offered only in English. To serve as a member of the SAC eligible applicants should meet all requirements listed below:

• I am a Fairfax County resident (includes City of Fairfax, City of Falls Church, and Towns of Clifton, Herndon, and Vienna).
• I am at least 21 years of age.
• I am neither a current Fairfax County Government employee nor a board member/officer of any agency planning to apply for CCFP funding.
• I am willing to commit a minimum of 2.5 hours per week from January through March 2026 as a volunteer SAC member, which includes a combination of reviewing proposals and bi-weekly meeting attendance.

All requested demographic information to include age, sex, ethnicity, race and employment status will be used solely to ensure a diverse SAC committee to represent all four regions of the county. This information will not be shared with any other third parties.
