The Zoning Application Board Packages provide information on applications scheduled to be heard before the Board of Supervisors. The package includes the Case Number (which links to the case record in PLUS), Applicant Name, and links to: Staff Reports, Affidavit, Draft Proffers, Draft Development Conditions and Planning Commission Action. Materials are posted online as available and as amended, and should be complete approximately two weeks before the scheduled hearing date, although materials may be modified until the public hearing is held. After the hearing date, the Board Package will be updated to include any final amendments, the Board’s final action and a link to the Clerk’s Letter.  Cases that are deferred will only appear on the Board Package for the actual hearing date.
