On April 11, 2023, the Board of Supervisors authorized the consideration of a Plan amendment for Tax Map Parcels 24-4 ((1)) 6E and 6F for residential use with approximately 177 units at 18 dwelling units per acre (du/ac).

On November 19, 2024, the Board of Supervisors updated the Plan Amendment authorization to expand the study area and to consider adding an option for residential use with approximately 483 units at 18 dwelling units per acre, for Tax Map Parcels 24-4 ((1)) 6D3, 6D5, 6D6 in addition to parcels 6E and 6F.
