On April 11, 2023, the Board of Supervisors authorized the consideration of a Plan amendment for Tax Map Parcel 33-2 ((1)) 1 for warehouse or surface parking for vehicle storage up to 0.35 FAR. Specific considerations should include the delineation and preservation of the Cub Run Environmental Quality Corridor, stormwater improvements, and viable interparcel access. The Plan amendment will be processed concurrently with rezoning application RZ 2020-SU-005.
