On April 11, 2023, the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) authorized the consideration of a Plan amendment for Tax Map Parcel 33-2 ((1)) 1 to consider warehouse or surface parking for vehicle storage up to 0.35 FAR, with specific considerations related to the environment, stormwater and inter-parcel access. This site was nominated for consideration as part of the 2022-2023 Site-Specific Plan Amendment (SSPA) process. On December 3, 2024, the Board of Supervisors expanded the authorization at the applicant’s request to include additional uses, limiting the contractor’s office and shop up to 10,000 square feet of gross floor area. The authorization was further amended on February 18, 2025, to increase the intensity for the potential contractor’s office and/or shop to up to a maximum of 0.35 FAR.
