On June 10, 2025, the Board of Supervisors (Board) authorized the consideration of a Plan Amendment for Tax Map parcels 91-3 ((8)) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5A, and 91-3 ((8)) A and B for residential use up to 8 du/ac. Specific considerations should include compatible transitions to the surrounding residential neighborhoods, pedestrian and bicyclist connectivity, transportation impacts, and on-site amenities to serve new residents.
