On June 10, 2025, the Board of Supervisors (Board) authorized the consideration of a Plan Amendment for Tax Map Parcels 72-4 ((1)) 15, 72-4 ((1)) 17A, and 72-4 ((1)) 14 for retail use up to 20,000 SF, multi-family residential use up to 665 unit, and senior living/hotel use up to 150,000 SF and increase in maximum building heights.
