The Speech and Hearing Clinic is an in-network Medicaid provider. A sliding scale fee discount may be available based on household size and income.
We do not accept private insurance or process insurance claims. However, upon request we will provide documentation that can be used to request reimbursement from your insurance company or flexible spending account.
Speech Services
Speech services are offered on a sliding fee scale based on family size and household income. Eligibility criteria for this program were developed from the Federal Poverty Guidelines, based on family size and income.
