Constance S. Bell, M.A., CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist

I enjoy collaborating with clients and their families, as treating communication disorders is truly a team effort.

Constance has experience treating children and adults who have a variety of speech and language disorders. She has practiced in Cleveland, Ohio, and Northern Virginia.

Vaishnavi Vinnie Bhalinge, M.S., CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist

Every day, I do what I can to unlock a person’s true voice — both literally, in how they speak, and figuratively, in increasing their ability to express themselves.

Vinnie has worked in a variety of settings, including schools, hospitals, and rehab facilities. She has treated both kids and adults on issues such as language disorders, social communication disorder, articulation, swallowing, cognitive linguistic functioning, aphasia, dementia, dysarthria, tongue thrust, voice and stuttering. She has 20+ years of experience and is a multilingual clinician fluent in Hindi and Marathi.

Patricia Ramos Cole, M.A., CCC-SLP 
Speech Language Pathologist

Witnessing children gain confidence when they overcome their communication issues is the best part of my work.

For more than 25 years, Patricia has helped children on a variety of communication disorders, including apraxia, phonological disorders, feeding disorders, pediatric swallowing and respiration disorders, pragmatic/social language disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, reading disorders, and accent modification. She is fluent in Spanish.

Jessica Kollaros M.A., CCC-SLP
Program Manager

Witnessing children step into their power to communicate and building the capacity and confidence of families to work with their child, aligns with my purpose and my passion for helping others.

Jessica is a Virginia/DC licensed speech and language pathologist and a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). Jessica is a Speech-Language Pathologist who has worked for 11 years empowering families to help their children reach their fullest potential. Jessica has clinical experience in assessment and treatment of children and adults in a variety of settings, including hospital, clinic, private practice, public school, and home-health early intervention. Her primary areas of expertise include evaluating and treating childhood apraxia of speech, phonology, expressive and receptive language, neurological impairments, feeding and swallowing difficulties. As our program manager Jessica enjoys her role to support the growth and development of the Speech and Hearing program. Implementing evidence based and family centered approaches, Jessica prides herself in her ability to help children, families, and providers meet their goals. 

Laura C. Lynch, Au.D., CCC-A
Audiologist 

I enjoy helping others improve their quality of life through better communication.

Laura has extensive experience in the evaluation of hearing loss for all ages. She also has expertise in hearing aid selection and hearing aid fitting.

Linda Maxwell, M.A., CCC-SLP

My passion is helping clients with dyslexia become stronger readers.

Linda has 25+ years of experience working with young children and the school-aged population, in both private and public sectors. 

Erica M. Wrenn, M.S., CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist

It is inspiring to watch stroke survivors fight hard to regain their ability to communicate. I’m honored to be a part of their rehabilitation.

Erica has treated dozens of stroke victims and facilitates a stroke support group on Fridays from 1-2 p.m. at the Joseph Willard Health Center in Fairfax, Virginia. She also has clinical experience in child language development.

Jian Yu, Au.D., CCC-A
Audiologist

"Giving back to the community using my professional knowledge and skills as an audiologist is tremendously rewarding."

Jian graduated from University of Maryland in 2009 with a Doctorate degree in Audiology. She a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association with the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A). Jian has extensive experience with hearing, balance/vestibular, and electrophysiologic evaluations, as well as hearing aids with all age populations. Jian love spending time in her vegetable garden with her German Shepherd, hiking with her husband, cooking with her daughter, and goofing around with her son.
