Burgundy Community Center Rentals
The center can only be booked six months in advance (banks will not cash a check older than six months).
Residents of local District 1A Lee pay an extra tax to maintain the center and may rent the center for $75/6 hours and $25 each additional hour. Bring driver's license or proof of residency.
Non-district residents pay $500/6 hours and $100 each additional hour.
Security deposit of $200 is required for all rentals. Rental fee and deposit can be cash, money order or check. Make rental fee checks out to Fairfax County and deposit checks to BCC (Burgundy Community Center). The deposit will be returned if the center is cleaned with no damages present and the keys are returned.
Cancellations must be made two weeks before scheduled use.
Maximum approved occupant load is 162 people. The center is equipped with:
- Folding tables (24 each 6 ft.; 7 each 8 ft.; 1 round; 2 each 5 ft.)
- Plastic chairs (152)
- Fabric chairs (44)
- Stage (assembly by 2+ people required)
- Kitchen with commercial stove, refrigerator, ice machine, microwave, dishwasher, single and double sinks, counter space.
- Bar-B-Q grills (2) with space for chairs
The deck is not currently usable, but will be replaced in the future. We do not allow alcoholic beverages, confetti or glitter. Moon bounces are allowed inside or outside.
Sound coming from the facility must be within levels required by Fairfax County Noise Ordinance.
Note to renters: Please remember to keep the outside doors to the center closed, as the cost of A/C and heating is high. Running the unit continuously will be problematic.
