Early Learning Management System (ELMS)

The Early Learning Management System (ELMS) from the Institute for Early Learning (IFEL) is Fairfax County’s online learning tool for the professional development needs of early childhood educators. This user-friendly system helps early childhood educators access courses, registration and learning portfolios in one central place.

ELMS supports your professional growth whether you work in family child care, a center-based program or a public school. It is designed to make learning easier to find, easier to finish and connected to your real goals as an early childhood educator.

ELMS is for early childhood educators in Fairfax County, Fairfax City, and Falls Church.
