The Institute for Early Learning (IFEL), part of Community Education and Provider Services (CEPS), supports early childhood educators through in person and virtual professional development, training, and career pathway opportunities. Educators can access virtual courses, instructor-led courses, certificate programs, and learning resources through Early Learning Management System (ELMS).
