Community Health Dashboard: by LiveHealthy Fairfax. Provides online access to data on a broad range of topics, links to existing local data resources and highlights promising practices to promote community health and well-being.

County Health Rankings: by the University of Wisconsin and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Provides measures of the health of counties and ranks them within their states. Rankings are based on a model of population health that emphasizes the many factors that, if improved, can help make communities healthier places to live, learn, work and play.
