Medication
Please provide any required medication and the appropriate Fairfax County Public Schools/SACC medication authorization form.

Health and Safety
Centers are required to have accurate and up-to-date emergency information for all children. This information is part of the Child Information for SACC Records form (pdf) which parents must complete for each child enrolled. Contact information is required for at least two persons who may pick up your child in the event of an emergency if you cannot be reached. Children will be released only to the persons listed on their Child Information for SACC Records form as parents/guardians, emergency contacts or authorized pick-up persons. Any authorized pick-up person unfamiliar to the center staff must show photo identification. Children will not be released to walk home alone.

Current Families
If your child is enrolled in SACC before school, or after school during the school year, a copy of your child's Child Information for SACC Records form (pdf) and School Entrance Health form and immunization record will be transferred to your Camp Fairfax spring program site. Please see your center staff to verify that the information on the Child Information for SACC Records form is accurate and up to date, and to verify that both copies of the form have an original signature.

New Families
If your child does not attend SACC during the school year program, but is enrolled in the Camp Fairfax spring program, you will need to provide Camp Fairfax staff with a copy of your child's School Entrance Health form and Immunization Record, a completed Child Information for SACC Records form (pdf) and show proof of your child's identity (birth certificate, report card, passport or Social Security card).

Cancellation Reminder
If your plans change, please remember that two weeks advance notice is required to cancel service. Service must be cancelled in advance to avoid being responsible for payment. Cancellations may be made by calling 703-449-8989 or by email ncssaccregistration@fairfaxcounty.gov. Please include your name, your child's name, account number, center name and service to be cancelled.

Build-a-Universe: Fantasy, Sci-Fi, and FUN!

During this year’s Camp Fairfax Spring Program, children will become creative thinkers, aspiring writers, storytellers, and illustrators while building original universes. Through hands-on learning experiences children will be inspired to participate in activities like character illustration, storytelling podcasts, and character-driven gym games.  Imaginations will run wild as children write novels, design games, or create a comic series. At the end of the week, children will celebrate with a pop culture convention featuring storytelling inspired by music, movies, comic books, and imagination! Train as an astronaut or dream like a celebrity where every child is a star in the galaxy.
