On January 8, 2024, the current Policy Plan element of the Comprehensive Plan moved to the Encode platform. Encode is a user-friendly, web-based interface that also hosts the County’s Zoning Ordinance and Public Facilities Manual. At this time, no text changes or amendments were updated in the Policy Plan. Visitors to the website can expect to see a refreshed look and an improved user experience.
