On January 8, 2024, the current Policy Plan element of the Comprehensive Plan moved to the Encode platform. Encode is a user-friendly, web-based interface that also hosts the County’s Zoning Ordinance and Public Facilities Manual. Changes to the 2017 Edition of the Policy Plan made after January 8, 2024 can be found on Encode.
