On April 11, 2023, the Board of Supervisors authorized the consideration of a Plan amendment for Tax Map Parcels 49-3 ((34)) 2929 and 2932 to allow redevelopment as residential mixed use up to 3.0 FAR, consisting of multifamily units and ground floor nonresidential uses.
Specific considerations for this infill proposal will include compatibility with the scale and character established in the neighboring Mosaic District Town Center, and evaluation of the potential impacts to existing uses on adjacent parcels, and balance of currently planned parks, open space amenities, and public facilities.
