This Plan amendment restored environmental stewardship language regarding noise impacts on new development, which was inadvertently deleted during Phase II of the Reston Master Plan. The amendment integrated the guidelines for these areas with the guidance for the Reston Transit Station areas that was adopted in 2016 at the conclusion of Phase I.
