On January 23, 2018 the Board of Supervisors authorized the consideration of a Comprehensive Plan amendment for Roberts Road (Tax Map Parcels 68-2((1))21, 22, 23, 24 and 25) in the Fairfax Planning District, Braddock Supervisor District.

The adopted Plan for this area recommends single-family detached residential, commercial, and/or institutional uses for the subject property, in conjunction with a community engagement process. Rezoning application RZ 2017-BR-030 has been accepted for a single family development of 6 dwelling units per acre.
