On April 11, 2023, the Board of Supervisors authorized the consideration of a Plan amendment for Tax Map Parcel 82-3 ((1)) 41E for mixed-use consisting of multifamily residential and retail use. Specific considerations should include the appropriate land use mix and density level, adequate transitions in building height and scale, screening and buffering, and multimodal access and circulation.
