On May 15, 2018 following the approval of Plan amendment 2013-III-DS1 (Dulles Suburban Center Study) the Board of Supervisors authorized the consideration of a Comprehensive Plan amendment for the Sully Station Shopping Center (Tax Map Parcels 44-3 ((7)) B2 and B3) in the Bull Run Planning District, Sully Supervisor District.
The adopted Plan for this area extends the boundary of the Dulles Suburban Center to create a new land unit that includes the Sully Station shopping center.
