On December 1, 2020, the Board of Supervisors authorized the consideration of a Comprehensive Plan amendment for the Lee District Community Center (Tax Map Parcel 101-2 ((1)) 14 and 15) in the Mount Vernon Planning District within the Franconia Supervisor District and a concurrent review with required zoning actions for the subject property. The adopted Plan for this area recommends private recreation use for this site. The Board requested that staff consider public facilities use for 7950 and 7960 Audubon Avenue.
