Mobile and Land Based Telecommunications Policy

On February 19, 2019 the Board of Supervisors authorized staff to prepare a Mobile and Land Based Telecommunications Policy Plan amendment updating the Guidelines and Objectives to address the Virginia General Assembly House Bill 1258 and Senate Bill 405, the September 2018 FCC Declaratory Ruling, and other associated changes.
