Virtual Programs and Online Activities Available During COVID-19

Library staff is busy creating and providing many programs, events and services you can participate in from the comfort of your own home.

The library presents and hosts events on a range of topics of interest to the Fairfax County community. We strive to sponsor events that educate and entertain while connecting people with others who share common interests and goals. Our events include author talks, book clubs for all ages, English conversation groups, technology workshops, writers’ groups, preschool story times, STEM-related children’s activities and much more. Many of our events occur outside library branches at venues such as schools, parks, theater spaces and senior centers. Library events are always free to the public; some require registration in advance.

Read more about our event guidelines here.

To request reasonable ADA accommodations or alternative format of materials, please call 703-324-8380 or TTY 711.
