February is National Library Lovers Month! As library staff, it is no surprise that we love libraries, and we hope you do too. Why not take a moment this month to swing by your local branch and share that love with our hardworking staff?

Since we have an extensive collection of gardening books, soil test kits and gardening magazines, seed libraries are a natural, homegrown extension of our services.

As we usher in the new year, it is once again time to think about what we want to achieve over the next 12 months. Give yourself the best shot at keeping your resolution this year with help from your local library!

While the weather outside may be frightful, the board games in Fairfax County Public Library's Library of Things are so delightful!

Fairfax County Public Library is excited to announce a new partnership with local PBS member station WETA to provide easy access to free video streaming services for FCPL’s visitors, customers and cardholders.

If there is one thing we know about our cardholders and visitors, it is that they love books - which makes your local library, and the book clubs it hosts, a great place to meet new books and new friends!

We all know that there are endless ways to have fun at your local library, but what about outside of our branches? Discover how you can enjoy nature and the great outdoors with these library resources and programs.
