- $25 fee for any Custody or Visitation petition
- only one $25 fee is required when a person files Custody & Visitation petitions at the same time
There is a processing fee for a Sheriff to serve a person in a Paternity or Spousal Support case
- $12 per person being served in Virginia
- There is No Fee for service outside of Virginia
There is No Fee if filing Spousal Support and Child Support at the same time
