The library presents and hosts numerous author and speaker events for the Fairfax County community. Our events include:
- Author talks,
- Book clubs,
- English conversation groups,
- Technology workshops,
- Writers’ groups,
- Storytimes,
- How-to demonstrations,
- and much more.
While many of our events are presented by library staff and volunteers, we rely on our Fairfax County citizens, too. Among you are writers, subject experts and business owners who want to share knowledge, expertise and experiences with others. Please tell us about yourself using our Author and Presenter form below.
Library staff regularly views this information, and someone may contact you to schedule your event in one of our 22 branches. (If your presentation is free, you will be required to register as a library volunteer.)
