Are you currently in your self-care era? As we age, health and wellness often move into the forefronts of our minds. With topics ranging from meditation to weight loss to heart health and beyond, the amount of information can be overwhelming. It can be hard to decide who to listen to - but not anymore!
In partnership with the Library of Virginia and the Library Speakers Consortium, Fairfax County Public Library now offers access to live and on-demand virtual talks from renowned authors of popular health and wellness titles – all for free! Featuring topics like sleep, brain performance, avoiding burnout and more, the programs are offered online monthly, while a library of past sessions is available to view whenever and wherever you want.
Have a question for the author? Attendees of the livestreamed programs can submit questions to presenting authors while registering or during the livestream itself. Authors and moderators will try to get through as many as possible.
