Each year during the month of April, we like to give special thanks to library volunteers. As one of Fairfax County Public Library's most valuable resources, these 1000+ volunteers and Friends group members contributed over 90,000 hours of service last year! We are grateful for the time and talent they so generously donate to help us better serve library customers.
STAR Volunteers
In particular, the Library Board of Trustees is pleased to honor the 2026 Star Volunteers who have reached length of service milestones and contributed exceptional service this past year. These volunteers will be honored during the April 8, 2026, Library Board of Trustees meeting at George Mason Regional Library. Congratulations!
