Neighborhood & Community Services leads and supports a wide range of programs, partnerships and initiatives that strengthen well-being and expand access to resources across Fairfax County. In addition to delivering NCS-led services, the agency collaborates with county partners, local and national organizations, faith communities and community coalitions to advance countywide goals and create a community where all individuals are empowered to thrive.
